Our facials are designed to deliver serious and visible results. We strongly recommend you have a one-to-one consultation with our skilled therapists to help determine your specific needs and identify the right solution for your skin condition.
Complimentary herbal teas, nibbles and wine are available all day to customers where appropriate with treatments.

Appointment policy
On your visit:
- Personal belongings are full responsibility of our clients.
- Please do shower before a treatment if you have enough time available.
- There are towels, slippers and bathrobes available in each locker for you personal use.
- To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all our clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services, unless the treatment is short, then we will try our best to accommodate you. We have childrens books and toys available.
- Children under the age of 16 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
- As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your mobile phones.
- Please don't raise your voice in the spa areas.
- Don't hesitate to speak up if you feel uncomfortable during a treatment.
- Generally, shaving is not recommended prior to any treatments or hair removal services. However, it is recommended that men shave prior to a facial treatment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns, and medical conditions.
Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no show appointments are charged at full value.
Payment
We accept cash, cheques with ID, mastercard and bankcard.
Returns or exchanges are accepted when accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made with cash will be reimbursed within 10 days via a company check.
Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.
